About the Role
As a Technical Support Specialist, you will be responsible for troubleshooting technical issues, assisting users, and ensuring seamless system operations. You will interact with customers across multiple channels, providing expert support while maintaining high service standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, and network-related issues.
- Assist customers with troubleshooting, setup, and configurations.
- Provide support via email, chat, and WhatsApp in a professional manner.
- Maintain logs of support requests and escalate complex issues when necessary.
- Stay up-to-date with industry best practices and emerging technologies.
What We’re Looking For
- Experience: 1-3 years in Technical Support, IT Helpdesk, or Customer Support.
- Skills: Strong understanding of operating systems (Windows/Linux), networking, and troubleshooting.
- Problem-Solving: Ability to analyze issues quickly and provide effective solutions.
- Communication: Clear and professional written & verbal communication skills.
- Adaptability: Willingness to learn and support different technical domains as needed.
