Your Role in Our Team
Our internship program offers Nigerian students the opportunity to gain hands-on experience at a leading global energy company. Interns will apply their academic knowledge in a real-world business environment while benefiting from on-the-job training, mentorship, and coaching from experienced professionals.
Geoscience internships for graduates typically last 12 months and are based at our ExxonMobil Office in Ikoyi, Lagos State.
What You Will Do
- Apply geological knowledge, data analysis, and industry analogues to solve complex geological challenges that support business objectives.
- Utilize geoscience tools and techniques with sound judgment and efficiency while maintaining a competitive edge through continuous learning and advanced training.
- Demonstrate leadership, adaptability, teamwork, and strong communication skills.
- Uphold high safety and ethical standards while working effectively in diverse team environments.
About You
To be eligible for this program, you must:
- Be a Nigerian citizen with a degree in Geology or Geophysics.
- Have a strong academic record with a minimum of Second-Class Upper (or equivalent).
- Provide evidence of an NYSC discharge certificate (for graduate interns).
