Job Description
The successful candidate will oversee the management, operations, and safety of the company’s gas plant.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise gas plant operations and manage staff-related activities.
- Maintain high operational standards, drive sales, and enhance profitability by effectively managing LPG cashiers and operators within budget.
- Ensure strict adherence to product discharge processes and implement controls to minimize fraud.
- Oversee daily stock requests from the LPG terminal.
- Implement safe handling, storage, and dispatch procedures for LPG products.
- Conduct regular facility inspections, uphold high HSE standards, and enforce maintenance controls.
- Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and consumer preferences to optimize LPG offerings.
- Report LPG sales and financial performance to the LPG Coordinator.
- Monitor plant operations and marketing results, implementing strategies to drive business growth.
- Manage the technical aspects of LPG plant operations, including storage facilities.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Minimum of a Second-Class Upper (B.Sc) in Engineering.
- 1–2 years of relevant experience.
- Strong work ethic, honesty, commitment, and self-motivation.
- Applicants must be 29 years old or younger as of December 31, 2025.
