We’re Hiring: Customer Success Specialist

Location: Nigeria (Remote)
Employment Type: Full-time
Salary: ₦200,000 – ₦250,000 monthly

About the Role

We are looking for a Customer Success Specialist to help our clients maximize the value of our solutions. In this role, you’ll be a trusted advisor, guiding customers through onboarding, adoption, and long-term success. You’ll work closely with cross-functional teams to provide outstanding support, proactively address customer needs, and drive satisfaction and retention.

Key Responsibilities

  • Customer Onboarding: Ensure a seamless transition to Insight7’s platform.
  • Adoption & Engagement: Help customers achieve their goals by guiding them on best practices and workflows.
  • Proactive Support: Monitor customer health metrics, identify challenges, and proactively provide solutions.
  • Customer Assistance: Serve as the primary point of contact for inquiries, troubleshooting, and issue resolution.
  • Upselling & Renewals: Identify opportunities to enhance customer value, driving renewals and upsell initiatives.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work with sales, product, and engineering teams to advocate for customer needs.
  • Training & Education: Conduct training sessions and create resources to empower users.
  • Success Tracking: Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and feedback in the CRM system.

What You’ll Bring

  • Education: Bachelor’s Degree in any relevant field.
  • Experience: 1+ years in customer success, account management, or a client-facing role (preferably in SaaS).

  • Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written abilities to explain complex concepts clearly.
