Job Description
We are looking for a proactive and iPhone-savvy Customer Service/Support Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will handle customer interactions across multiple communication channels, including phone calls, emails, messages, and social media DMs. This role requires excellent communication skills, technical knowledge of Apple devices, and a commitment to ensuring a seamless customer experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Respond promptly to customer inquiries via phone calls, emails, messages, and DMs.
- Provide accurate information on Apple products and services.
- Offer technical support and troubleshooting assistance for Apple devices.
- Process orders, refunds, and exchanges as needed.
- Address and resolve customer complaints professionally and efficiently.
- Stay updated on Apple products, services, and industry trends.
- Ensure a positive customer experience by following up on unresolved issues.
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve escalated customer concerns.
Education & Experience
- OND, HND, or BSc in a relevant field.
- At least 1 year of experience in customer service, preferably in the tech or retail industry.
- Experience handling social media inquiries, live chats, and phone support is an advantage.
Required Skills
- Proficiency in using and navigating iPhones.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to respond quickly and effectively to customer inquiries.
- Excellent problem-solving and conflict-resolution abilities.
- Customer-focused with a friendly and professional demeanor.
- Tech-savvy and familiar with online customer service tools.
- Strong multitasking and organizational skills.
Other Requirements
- Must reside in or around Ikeja for easy commuting.
- Availability to work flexible hours, including mandatory Saturdays (5-day workweek).
- Reliable, responsible, and willing to learn quickly.
Salary
N140,000 Monthly
