Indorama Eleme Fertilizer & Chemicals Limited (IEFCL) is a subsidiary of Indorama Corporation, a global manufacturing conglomerate with operations in over 25 countries across Asia, Europe, Africa, and the Americas.
As one of Indorama’s ambitious greenfield projects in Nigeria, IEFCL operates the world’s largest single-train Urea Fertilizer plant, commissioned in June 2016.
We are inviting applications for:

Internship Duration: 12 months
Eligibility Criteria
- First Degree / HND from recognized universities or federal polytechnics.
- Preferred Disciplines: Engineering (Chemical, Mechanical, Electrical).
- Year of Graduation: 2021, 2022, or 2023 preferred.
- Age Limit: 20 – 30 years.
Selection Process
- Shortlisted candidates will undergo an Online Technical & Aptitude Test followed by an Oral Interview.
- Successful candidates will be offered an internship position.
- Full-time employment after the internship is subject to successful completion of the program and availability of vacancies.
Remuneration
Interns will receive a consolidated monthly stipend throughout the internship period.
