The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a problem-solving mindset, and a passion for delivering top-tier customer service.
Qualifications & Experience
- Minimum Qualification: Degree (Business Administration, Communications, or related field preferred)
- Experience Level: Entry-level
- Experience Length: At least 2 years in customer service (transportation industry preferred)
Key Responsibilities
✔ Respond promptly to customer inquiries via phone, email, and in person
✔ Handle and resolve customer complaints professionally and efficiently
✔ Provide accurate details on transportation services, schedules, and pricing
✔ Assist passengers with bookings, payments, and lost item inquiries
✔ Maintain a high level of professionalism in challenging situations
✔ Work closely with operations and dispatch teams to address customer concerns
✔ Gather and analyze customer feedback to enhance service quality
✔ Keep detailed records of customer interactions, transactions, and complaints
Requirements
