Customer Service Officer
Job Specifications:

Job Description:
- Maintain a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward customers at all times.
- Respond promptly to customer inquiries and resolve complaints efficiently.
- Communicate with customers through various channels and process orders, forms, and requests.
- Keep detailed records of customer interactions, transactions, and feedback.
- Collaborate with colleagues to ensure seamless service delivery.
- Provide feedback on the efficiency of customer service processes.
- Ensure compliance with government regulatory requirements.
Key Performance Indicators (KPIs):
- First Response Time
- Average Resolution Time
- Customer Retention Rate
- Quality of internal administrative processes
Qualifications and Requirements:
- Knowledge of customer service best practices and Microsoft Office tools (Word, Excel, etc.).
- Familiarity with CRM software and Health & Safety regulations.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Minimum of BSc./HND required.
- Membership of ICSN or related professional certification is an added advantage.
- 1-3 years of experience in a similar role.
