Job Summary
We are seeking a customer-focused and detail-oriented Customer Service Representative to join the Koolboks team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for addressing customer inquiries, resolving complaints, and delivering exceptional support to ensure customer satisfaction. This role requires excellent communication skills, problem-solving abilities, and a passion for providing outstanding service.

Key Responsibilities

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for customer inquiries via phone, email, and social media.
  • Provide accurate and detailed information about Koolboks products, services, and policies.
  • Resolve customer complaints promptly and professionally.
  • Follow up on customer inquiries to ensure timely and satisfactory resolution.
  • Collaborate with the sales and technical support teams to address customer concerns effectively.
  • Collect and report customer feedback to help improve products and services.
  • Assist in developing and refining customer service policies and procedures for enhanced efficiency.
  • Process orders, returns, and exchanges while ensuring a seamless customer experience.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of customer interactions and transactions.
  • Stay informed about company products, industry trends, and best practices in customer service.

Qualifications & Requirements

  • Minimum of an HND/Bachelor’s degree in Business, Communications, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in customer service, support, or a similar role.
  • Ability to handle challenging customer situations with professionalism and tact.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Self-motivated, proactive, and capable of thriving in a fast-paced environment.
  • Fluency in English is required.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
