Job Overview:
A thriving beauty business located in Lekki Phase 1 is seeking a dedicated and passionate Customer Service Representative Officer to join their team on a full-time basis. The ideal candidate will be responsible for engaging with customers, ensuring exceptional service experiences both online and in-store. This role requires a smart, customer-focused individual with excellent communication skills and a creative flair to enhance brand messaging across various platforms.
The successful candidate will also play a key role in fostering an engaging and supportive online community while providing top-notch customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as the primary point of contact for customers, addressing inquiries, bookings, and complaints promptly and professionally.
- Promote loyalty programs and ensure a seamless and excellent customer experience.
- Manage and engage with customers across social media platforms, including WhatsApp, Instagram, and email.
- Foster a supportive and interactive online community.
- Assist in organizing and executing in-store and promotional events.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and feedback in the Customer Service Database.
- Collaborate with the team to enhance the customer experience based on feedback.
- Convert customer inquiries into sales, book appointments, and schedule sessions in alignment with the brand’s policies.
Requirements:
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proven experience in customer service or retail (preferred).
- Passion for the beauty industry and customer satisfaction.
- Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in using POS systems and computer applications (Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint).
- Experience in creating and editing video content.
- Minimum of 3 years of proven experience in a customer service role.
- Familiarity with the beauty industry and a passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences.
- Candidates must have completed the NYSC program and possess a valid NYSC certification.
Work Structure:
- Workdays: 5 days a week (Tuesday to Sunday).
- Tuesday to Saturday: 9:00 AM – 7:00 PM
- Sunday: 12:00 PM – 7:00 PM
- Salary: ₦150,000 – ₦250,000 per month.
- Job Type: Full-time, Permanent.
