Job Summary
We are seeking a motivated E-commerce Data Management Intern to join our dynamic team. This role offers hands-on experience in product listing, content management, and data processing. The ideal candidate is a university student proficient in MS Office, Excel, Canva, and familiar with AI tools. Strong data processing skills and attention to detail are essential. As a Data Management Intern, you will play a key role in supporting product listing operations, content management, and data processing while gaining valuable industry experience.

Responsibilities:
- Assist in editing and optimizing product listings (descriptions, meta descriptions, tags, and SEO).
- Manage and update the company website to ensure product accuracy and visual appeal.
- Perform data processing tasks, including analyzing product performance and maintaining databases.
- Use Canva to create basic designs for social media visuals and product images.
- Utilize Microsoft Excel for data entry, analysis, and reporting.
- Draft and format documents using Microsoft Word.
- Leverage AI tools to enhance content creation and streamline workflows.
- Ensure compliance with data protection policies when handling sensitive information.
- Collaborate with e-commerce and marketing teams to support daily operations.
Requirements:
- Must be a university student with a strong academic record (please include your transcript or recent grades).
- Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel (data entry, analysis, and reporting).
- Strong data processing skills with exceptional attention to detail.
