Job Summary:
Mshel Homes Limited is looking for a dedicated and experienced Customer Service Representative (CSR) to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer support, managing client relationships, and ensuring a seamless experience for our clients. Key Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the first point of contact for customers, addressing inquiries via phone, email, and in-person interactions.
  • Provide accurate and detailed information about Mshel Homes’ real estate offerings, services, and policies.
  • Resolve client concerns and complaints promptly to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Maintain up-to-date and accurate customer records using the CRM system.
  • Build and nurture client relationships by proactively addressing their needs and preferences.
  • Follow up with clients after property visits or transactions to ensure satisfaction and encourage long-term relationships.
  • Facilitate smooth customer onboarding processes for property purchases, lease agreements, or service engagements.
  • Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to understand client preferences and recommend suitable real estate options.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve client retention, repeat business, and referrals.
  • Collect customer feedback and provide actionable insights to management for service improvement.
  • Assist the sales team by guiding potential buyers through the initial inquiry stages.
  • Maintain a high level of professionalism and ensure customer satisfaction in all interactions.

Key Requirements:

  • Minimum of HND/BSc in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • At least 5 years of proven experience as a Customer Service Representative or in a similar role, preferably in the real estate sector.
  • Strong communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills.
  • Experience in client relationship management, customer engagement, and retention strategies.
  • Ability to handle customer complaints professionally and efficiently.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
