Job Summary:
Mshel Homes Limited is looking for a dedicated and experienced Customer Service Representative (CSR) to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer support, managing client relationships, and ensuring a seamless experience for our clients. This role requires excellent communication skills, a customer-centric approach, and the ability to resolve issues efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as the first point of contact for customers, addressing inquiries via phone, email, and in-person interactions.
- Provide accurate and detailed information about Mshel Homes’ real estate offerings, services, and policies.
- Resolve client concerns and complaints promptly to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Maintain up-to-date and accurate customer records using the CRM system.
- Build and nurture client relationships by proactively addressing their needs and preferences.
- Follow up with clients after property visits or transactions to ensure satisfaction and encourage long-term relationships.
- Facilitate smooth customer onboarding processes for property purchases, lease agreements, or service engagements.
- Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to understand client preferences and recommend suitable real estate options.
- Develop and implement strategies to improve client retention, repeat business, and referrals.
- Collect customer feedback and provide actionable insights to management for service improvement.
- Assist the sales team by guiding potential buyers through the initial inquiry stages.
- Maintain a high level of professionalism and ensure customer satisfaction in all interactions.
Key Requirements:
- Minimum of HND/BSc in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- At least 5 years of proven experience as a Customer Service Representative or in a similar role, preferably in the real estate sector.
- Strong communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills.
- Experience in client relationship management, customer engagement, and retention strategies.
- Ability to handle customer complaints professionally and efficiently.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
- A customer-focused mindset with excellent listening and multitasking abilities.
- Ability to work effectively under pressure and meet deadlines.
