Key Responsibilities:
- Engage and onboard prospective clients, ensuring a seamless transition from inquiry to enrollment.
- Monitor and improve customer service quality to ensure high levels of client satisfaction.
- Develop and implement strategies to increase client retention, upsell services, and re-engage inactive clients.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to design and execute impactful campaigns that foster client loyalty.

Requirements:
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.

- Minimum of 2 years of experience in customer service, sales, or quality assurance (experience in education or e-learning is an advantage).
