Job Description/Requirements

Responsibilities:

  • Handle a high volume of incoming calls.
  • Generate and follow up on sales leads.
  • Identify and evaluate customer needs to ensure satisfaction.
  • Build lasting relationships and trust with customers through open and interactive communication.
  • Deliver accurate, valid, and complete information using appropriate tools and methods.
  • Achieve personal and team sales targets and call-handling quotas.
  • Resolve customer complaints by offering suitable solutions and alternatives within set timeframes; follow up to confirm resolution.
  • Maintain records of customer interactions, process customer accounts, and file documents.

Requirements:

  • Completion of NYSC is mandatory.
