Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Handle a high volume of incoming calls.
- Generate and follow up on sales leads.
- Identify and evaluate customer needs to ensure satisfaction.
- Build lasting relationships and trust with customers through open and interactive communication.
- Deliver accurate, valid, and complete information using appropriate tools and methods.
- Achieve personal and team sales targets and call-handling quotas.
- Resolve customer complaints by offering suitable solutions and alternatives within set timeframes; follow up to confirm resolution.
- Maintain records of customer interactions, process customer accounts, and file documents.
Requirements:
- Minimum of a BSc. or equivalent in any field.
- Completion of NYSC is mandatory.
- Open to both male and female applicants.
- Prior experience in customer service is required.

Location: Surulere and Victoria Island, Lagos
Remuneration: NGN 150,000 – 250,000
Note: The candidate must be available to work Mondays to Saturdays, including public holidays.
