Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Maintain accurate and detailed records.
- Develop and implement innovative strategies to gain a competitive edge.
- Source new clients and create retention strategies for both new and existing clients.
- Ensure compliance photos are taken and sent to clients promptly.
- Regularly communicate with clients to deliver agreed-upon deliverables or address deviations in posting contracts.
- Prepare and submit weekly and quarterly reports.
- Effectively execute and interpret client briefs.
- Manage daily account activities.
- Submit updated lists of vacant sites to clients regularly.
- Develop and maintain mailing schedules.
- Create and implement online marketing strategies.
- Conduct follow-up calls with clients and prospects.
- Liaise with stakeholders, including the client services team, clients, IT, department heads, and the CEO.
- Perform auxiliary duties as required (applicable to all staff).
Requirements:
- Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience.
- HND qualification or equivalent.
