Our client, a top-tier baking and confectionery store, is seeking a Customer Service Representative (CSR) to manage front-end operations and ensure exceptional customer satisfaction.
The ideal candidate is personable, proactive, and capable of creating a positive experience for every customer. You will be responsible for handling inquiries, coordinating production, managing social media interactions, and maintaining strong customer relationships.

Job Details
- Location: Lekki Phase One
- Work Hours: 8 AM – 5 PM (Monday – Saturday)
- Salary: ₦100,000 – ₦150,000 per month
- Start Date: ASAP
Key Responsibilities
- Respond to customer inquiries via email, phone, text, and website bookings
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships to drive retention and satisfaction
- Ensure top-tier service delivery and resolve customer complaints efficiently
- Coordinate customer orders and liaise with the production team
- Schedule and conduct status meetings with relevant departments
- Maintain accurate customer correspondence records
- Manage and update social media handles to enhance engagement
- Keep customers informed about new products and promotions
- Develop strategies to improve customer service and increase repeat business
- Handle contracts, agreements, and problem-solving initiatives to enhance service delivery
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree, OND, or HND in a relevant field
- 1-3 years of experience in customer relations or a similar role
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Excellent problem-solving and organizational abilities
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
- Strong time management and multitasking skills
- Positive, customer-focused attitude
- Experience in the retail industry is a plus
