Job Title: Hostess / Customer Service Representative (CSR)
Our client in the hospitality industry is looking to hire a Hostess/Customer Service Officer to welcome guests, manage reservations, provide accurate wait times, and ensure a seamless dining experience.
Salary: ₦142,800 per month
Location: Ikoyi
Responsibilities:
- Greet and welcome guests upon arrival
- Provide accurate wait times and manage waiting lists
- Handle reservations efficiently
- Escort guests to assigned dining or bar areas
- Present menus and introduce the assigned waiter/waitress
- Ensure a smooth departure experience for guests
- Coordinate with wait staff regarding seating availability
- Maintain a clean and organized reception area
- Assist guests requiring special attention (e.g., children, elderly)
- Answer incoming calls and address customer inquiries
- Support wait staff as needed
Requirements:
- Previous experience as a CSR/Hostess in a fine dining restaurant or 5-star hotel
- NCE/OND qualification (Hospitality certification is a plus)
- Strong understanding of restaurant etiquette and customer service
- Experience in handling reservations
- Excellent communication skills (phone and in-person)
- Ability to work flexible shifts as required
