We are currently recruiting to fill the following position:

Job Position: Customer Relations Officer

Job Location: Lagos, Nigeria
Employment Type: Full-Time

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary point of contact for client inquiries, delivering prompt and professional responses.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, ensuring their needs and concerns are addressed effectively.
• Monitor and assess customer satisfaction through surveys, follow-up calls, and feedback forms.
• Contribute to the development and implementation of customer retention strategies.
• Manage customer feedback and complaints, ensuring timely and satisfactory resolutions.
• Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer issues and enhance service delivery.
• Maintain accurate and detailed records of customer interactions and transactions using CRM and other software tools.
• Provide administrative support to the customer service department as needed.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in using CRM software and other relevant tools.
• Ability to handle customer inquiries and complaints with professionalism and empathy.
