Position Overview

As a Client Service Representative, you’ll be crucial in ensuring client satisfaction, retention, and revenue growth. You will provide phone-based support from the comfort of your home, resolving product and platform issues, answering account and billing inquiries, and collaborating with customers to find effective solutions.


Key Responsibilities

  • Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat following standard operating procedures (SOPs).
  • Utilize TCP’s technology suite, including Microsoft Suite, Salesforce, Zoho, and Hodu.
  • Escalate and route customer concerns to relevant departments as needed.
  • Record, review, and follow up on customer requests and resolutions.
  • Investigate and research solutions for customer concerns.
  • Update customer records during interactions.
  • Meet and exceed key performance indicators (KPIs) including call quality, client engagement, and issue resolution time.

Qualifications & Requirements

  • Home Office Setup: Dedicated workspace; equipment details provided during the interview process.
  • Work Schedule: Must be available Monday to Friday, 10:00 AM – 07:00 PM Eastern Time.
  • Experience: 1-2 years in customer service within the B2C financial or banking sector.
  • Industry Knowledge: Familiarity with the U.S. credit industry, including credit cards, lines of credit, and personal loans.
  • Customer-First Approach: Strong empathy and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent Communication: Ability to clearly articulate solutions and assist customers effectively.
  • Tech-Savvy: Willingness to learn and use TCP’s technology suite efficiently.
