Job Description:
We are seeking an organised, diligent, and experienced Personal Assistant (PA) to provide high-level support to a Senior Executive (SE). The ideal candidate must be credible, reliable, discreet, and trustworthy, with a strong attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and the ability to take initiative. Cultural fit is essential, and the PA must align with and uphold our core values and beliefs.
Required Qualifications and Skills:
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise and manage multiple tasks seamlessly.
- Excellent command of spoken and written English.
- Proficiency in MacOS Keynote, Pages, Numbers, MS Word, and MS Excel.
- High attention to detail and a diligent work ethic.
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build relationships with stakeholders.
- Results-oriented, with the ability to deliver under pressure and meet deadlines.
- Highly adaptable, comfortable with ambiguity and change.
- Ability to handle confidential matters with absolute discretion.
- Capable of working independently in a fast-paced environment with minimal supervision.
- Proactive, with strong decision-making skills.
- Client-facing experience.
- Good numerical ability.
- Mature, courteous, and reliable.
- Bachelor’s degree in any relevant field.
Key Responsibilities:
- Organise and maintain the SE’s daily schedule, including appointments and travel logistics.
- Keep the SE informed of upcoming commitments and responsibilities, ensuring timely follow-ups.
- Assist in organising team meetings, training sessions, and team-building activities.
- Manage ad-hoc and special projects from conception to completion.
- Act as a professional representative of the SE when interacting with high-level corporate organisations and individuals.
- Prioritise urgent matters and resolve conflicts efficiently.
- Facilitate communication between the SE and the wider team to promote collaboration.
- Handle documents related to live transactions and support the wider team as needed.
- Manage some of the SE’s personal tasks on their behalf.
