We are currently seeking a passionate and dedicated Human Resources Professional to join our team of experts.
Job Responsibilities:
Human Resource Functions:
- Manage the recruitment process, including posting job advertisements, screening applicants, and conducting interviews.
- Hire staff with the appropriate skills for various hotel outlets.
- Create engaging and accurate job descriptions.
- Design and implement effective onboarding, training, and exit-interview programs.
- Conduct training sessions for both internal and external staff.
- Ensure accurate job descriptions are maintained for all staff across different locations.
- Maintain proper documentation of employee records.
- Conduct weekly visits to various hotels to perform HR functions.
- Carry out background checks and coordinate staff medical examinations.
- Identify training and development opportunities for staff across all outlets.
- Monitor and evaluate the performance of external employees and provide reports to the CEO.
Strategic HR Management:
- Collaborate with the CEO to track key project milestones and align HR activities with the company’s mission and vision.
- Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives that support the overall business objectives.
- Act as a bridge between management and employees by addressing concerns, grievances, and other HR-related issues.
- Develop and oversee HR systems, policies, and procedures across all outlets managed by Venmac Resources Limited.
