Job Summary
We are seeking a professional and customer-focused Front Desk & Administrative Officer to join our team in the renewable energy (solar) sector. This role requires a proactive individual who will efficiently manage front desk operations, provide administrative support, and ensure seamless office management while maintaining a positive and professional company image.
Key Responsibilities
Visitor & Customer Engagement
- Greet and welcome guests, clients, and customers professionally.
- Handle inquiries, provide information, and assist visitors as needed.
Phone & Communication Management
- Answer incoming calls, direct them appropriately, and take messages when necessary.
- Respond promptly and professionally to emails and other correspondence.
Appointments & Scheduling
- Schedule, confirm, and manage appointments and meeting room bookings.
- Maintain organized calendars for meetings and company events.
Administrative Support
- Perform general administrative duties, including data entry, filing, and document preparation.
- Ensure efficient and timely execution of all administrative tasks.
Reception Area Management
- Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming reception space.
- Monitor and manage office supply inventory to ensure availability.
Security & Access Control
- Monitor visitor access, issue visitor badges, and enforce security protocols.
Documentation & Record Keeping
- Maintain accurate records of visitor logs, appointments, and administrative activities.

Qualifications & Experience
- Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Management Science or a related field.
- Experience: Minimum of 2 years in a similar role.
- Industry Advantage: Experience in the solar or renewable energy sector is a plus.

- Friendly and professional demeanor with a customer-focused approach.
- Strong multitasking abilities with attention to detail.
- Effective time management and organizational skills.

Salary & Benefits
- Salary: NGN 150,000 – 300,000 Monthly Gross (Negotiable)
