Job Summary

We are seeking a professional and customer-focused Front Desk & Administrative Officer to join our team in the renewable energy (solar) sector. This role requires a proactive individual who will efficiently manage front desk operations, provide administrative support, and ensure seamless office management while maintaining a positive and professional company image.


Key Responsibilities

Visitor & Customer Engagement

  • Greet and welcome guests, clients, and customers professionally.
  • Handle inquiries, provide information, and assist visitors as needed.

Phone & Communication Management

  • Answer incoming calls, direct them appropriately, and take messages when necessary.
  • Respond promptly and professionally to emails and other correspondence.

Appointments & Scheduling

  • Schedule, confirm, and manage appointments and meeting room bookings.
  • Maintain organized calendars for meetings and company events.

Administrative Support

  • Perform general administrative duties, including data entry, filing, and document preparation.
  • Ensure efficient and timely execution of all administrative tasks.

Reception Area Management

  • Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming reception space.
  • Monitor and manage office supply inventory to ensure availability.

Security & Access Control

  • Monitor visitor access, issue visitor badges, and enforce security protocols.

Documentation & Record Keeping

  • Maintain accurate records of visitor logs, appointments, and administrative activities.

Qualifications & Experience

  • Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Management Science or a related field.
  • Experience: Minimum of 2 years in a similar role.

    • Friendly and professional demeanor with a customer-focused approach.
