We are currently recruiting a Male Customer Service Representative to join our team.


Job Responsibilities

  • Customer Account Management: Open, update, and maintain customer accounts by recording relevant information.
  • Issue Resolution: Address and resolve customer complaints by identifying problems, selecting solutions, and ensuring follow-up.
  • Client Support: Process customer adjustments and maintain accurate account records.
  • Product Recommendations: Gather and analyze customer information to suggest potential products or services.
  • Call & Inquiry Handling:
    • Manage a high volume of incoming calls.
    • Identify customer needs and provide accurate information.
    • Meet personal and team sales targets.
    • Build strong, lasting relationships through effective communication.
  • Complaint Resolution:
    • Handle customer complaints via phone, email, or social media.
    • Provide timely solutions and follow up to ensure resolution.
  • Sales & Account Management:
    • Assist customers with account cancellations or upgrades.
    • Inform customers of promotions, warranties, and company policies.
    • Process payments and update customer details.
  • Technical & Administrative Support:
    • Use computer technology to manage customer interactions.
    • Maintain records of customer interactions and transactions.
    • Provide product troubleshooting and suggest solutions when needed.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Previous experience in customer service or a related role is an advantage.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to manage high call volumes and handle customer inquiries efficiently.
  • Problem-solving mindset with a customer-focused approach.
  • Familiarity with CRM software and call center technology is a plus.
  • Sales and negotiation skills are beneficial.
