Job Summary

We are seeking a professional and experienced female Customer Service Executive, aged between 24-36 years, to join our team. The ideal candidate must be highly proficient in customer engagement, problem-solving, and administrative tasks while maintaining excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Key Responsibilities

• Customer Engagement: Respond promptly to customer inquiries via phone, email, chat, or in person.
• Conflict Resolution: Identify, investigate, and efficiently resolve customer issues.
• Product Knowledge: Provide accurate and up-to-date information on all products and services.
• Feedback Handling: Document and escalate customer feedback and complaints for service improvement.
• Data Collection: Maintain records of customer interactions and transactions using the company’s CRM.
• Relationship Building: Foster long-term relationships to encourage repeat business.

Bonus: Candidates with knowledge of digital marketing will have an added advantage!

Required Skills & Competencies

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills.
• Ability to work under pressure while maintaining professionalism.
• Basic understanding of sales processes and customer engagement strategies.
• Problem-solving mindset and a friendly, engaging voice.

Qualifications & Experience

• OND / HND / B.Sc. in any relevant field.
• 2 – 5 years of proven experience in a similar role.

Remuneration & Benefits

• Salary: ₦1,800,000 – ₦2,200,000 per annum.
