Job Summary
Become a part of Wedtrail (a flagship product of Utivilla Corporation) as a Product & Operations Intern and play a key role in enhancing our wedding planning platform. You will support vendor onboarding, registry management, user experience improvements, and operational efficiency. This internship provides a unique opportunity to collaborate with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced startup environment.
Responsibilities
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Assist in coordinating efforts between technical, marketing, and customer support teams to ensure seamless platform operations.
- Vendor & Registry Management: Support the vendor registration process and help maintain accurate and up-to-date registry listings.
- Product Feedback: Gather and analyze user feedback to identify improvement opportunities and contribute to prioritizing feature updates.
- Process Optimization: Aid in developing and implementing operational processes, including SOPs and performance metrics.
- Quality Assurance: Participate in testing new features, identifying bugs, and ensuring a smooth user experience.
Qualifications
- Education: Currently pursuing a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Academic Performance: Minimum GPA of 3.0 out of 5.0 or equivalent percentage.
- Skills: Strong project management, problem-solving, and analytical abilities. Familiarity with Agile methodologies is a plus.
- Soft Skills: Excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively in diverse, cross-functional teams.
