Job Description
Position: Online Tutor (O/A Level)
Responsibilities:
- Conduct engaging and effective virtual tutoring sessions for O/A Level students.
- Develop customized lesson plans and materials tailored to individual student needs and learning styles.
- Provide comprehensive support in subjects such as Mathematics, Sciences, Humanities, and Languages.
- Monitor student progress through regular assessments, including quizzes, tests, and assignments, while offering constructive feedback.
- Use innovative teaching methods, technology tools, and resources to enhance learning and ensure active student participation.
- Maintain open communication with students and parents/guardians to provide progress updates and address concerns.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Education or a related subject area.
- Proven experience teaching or tutoring O/A Level students, preferably in an online environment.
- Deep understanding of the O/A Level curriculum and exam requirements.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively motivate and engage students.
- Proficiency with online teaching platforms, virtual classroom tools, and educational resources.
- Reliable internet connection and appropriate technology setup for virtual tutoring.
