Job Summary
As the Front Desk Officer, you will serve as the first point of contact for clients, visitors, and employees. Your role will involve providing outstanding customer service, managing the reception area, and performing various administrative tasks to support the organization’s operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Reception Management: Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming reception area.
- Customer Service: Deliver exceptional service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues professionally and courteously.
- Communication: Handle phone calls, respond to emails, and take messages as necessary.
- Administrative Support: Perform tasks such as data entry, filing, and maintaining records.
- Appointment Coordination: Schedule appointments and meetings, ensuring all arrangements are in place.
- Record Keeping: Maintain accurate visitor logs, appointment schedules, and other documentation.
- Security Oversight: Monitor the reception area and report any concerns to management.
- General Support: Assist with ordering supplies, managing mail, and supporting other departments as needed.
