Job Purpose
As a Banker, Personal, you will serve as the primary point of contact for customers in the branch, providing tailored banking solutions aligned with the value propositions of each personal banking segment. You will support and manage a portfolio of branch-based clients across Gold, Silver, and Blue segments, ensuring service excellence and meeting retention, cost management, and expansion targets.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify cross-selling opportunities to maximize customer life cycle value, focusing on priority products that align with segment and bank goals.
  • Conduct needs analyses for new and existing customers, ensuring product offerings align with their needs and priorities.
  • Proactively manage the customer portfolio to maximize bank revenue while minimizing costs and risks, strengthening customer relationships.
  • Deliver exceptional service that adheres to SLAs and turnaround time commitments.
  • Take ownership of customer requests, complaints, and applications, following through to completion while keeping customers informed.
  • Mitigate credit and operational risks by adhering to bank policies and procedures.
  • Educate customers on the benefits of self-service channels (Internet Banking, ATMs, Mobile Banking), assisting with migration to these platforms to streamline service delivery.

Qualifications and Experience

  • A First Degree in any field.
