The Role: Marketing Coach
What You’ll Do
As a Marketing Coach, you will:
- Help 50-100 clients execute their Continuous Clients Marketing Roadmaps
- Provide feedback, overcome roadblocks, and hold clients accountable
- Work closely with Brian Hood (founder) to improve playbooks and resources
Main Responsibilities
- Client Onboarding: Ensure new clients understand how to get the most out of the program
- 1-on-1 Client Attention: Help clients progress through playbooks and marketing plans
- Conflict Resolution: Quickly and effectively resolve conflicts within your client roster
Key Performance Indicators
- Monthly Client Retention
- Total number of clients on your roster
- Client Happiness Score
Success Targets
- 30 Days: Know playbooks and coaching process, start onboarding clients
- 60 Days: Master playbooks, have 15 active clients
- 90 Days: 25-30 active clients, 95%+ Client Happiness Score
- 180 Days: 50+ clients, 95%+ retention rate, 95%+ Client Happiness Score
