Job Summary:
We are seeking a proactive and driven Virtual Account Representative to oversee a sales territory, generate leads, and achieve sales goals through various channels. This role requires expertise in cold calling, B2B sales, and building strong customer relationships.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead Generation: Conduct cold calls to identify and engage potential customers, promoting products and services effectively.
- Territory Management: Develop and execute strategies to grow market share within your assigned sales territory.
- Collaboration: Partner with internal teams to resolve customer issues and ensure high levels of satisfaction.
- Sales Growth: Employ effective sales techniques to drive revenue and consistently meet or exceed targets.
- Record Keeping: Maintain accurate records of sales activities, leads, and customer interactions.
Qualifications:
- Proven sales experience, ideally in outside sales or retail sales environments.
- In-depth knowledge of sales principles, techniques, and B2B processes.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and collaboratively.
- Proficiency in lead generation and customer account management.
