Job Summary
Aneket Innovators is seeking a dynamic Project Manager & QA Tester to join our team. The ideal candidate will drive project success by effectively managing timelines, ensuring quality standards through rigorous QA testing, and optimizing workflows in an Agile environment. Strong organizational skills and a proven track record in Agile management are essential.
Key Responsibilities
1. Project Management
- Develop and oversee project schedules, milestones, and deliverables using tools like Azure DevOps, AWS Project Manager, and Google Workspace.
- Ensure timely delivery of high-quality outcomes that meet organizational standards.
2. Quality Assurance (QA) Testing
- Conduct comprehensive QA testing using tools such as BrowserStack and Postman to guarantee product functionality, reliability, and performance.
- Identify, document, and resolve issues promptly to maintain superior product quality.
3. Team Communication & Collaboration
- Act as the primary communication hub for teams and stakeholders, utilizing platforms like Microsoft Teams and Slack.
- Address blockers, resolve team challenges, and foster a collaborative work environment.
4. Agile Workflow Management
- Implement and refine Agile methodologies to streamline workflows, enhance team efficiency, and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Align team objectives with project goals to ensure cohesive execution.
5. Process Optimization
- Continuously evaluate and improve workflows to boost productivity, optimize resource allocation, and enhance overall efficiency.
6. Stay Ahead of Trends
- Keep up-to-date with the latest QA testing tools, project management techniques, and deployment workflows to improve project outcomes and adopt industry best practices.
Qualifications & Requirements
Education & Experience
- Minimum Qualification: Bachelor’s Degree
- Experience Level: Senior
- Experience Length: At least 6 years of proven expertise in Agile project management and QA testing.
Technical Proficiency
- Expertise in tools like Azure DevOps, Jira, and Google Workspace for tracking and collaboration.
- Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and cloud-based deployment workflows is an added advantage.
