Key Responsibilities

  • Content Creation: Develop and post short-form video content that leverages trending audio, challenges, and storytelling techniques to engage our clients’ target audience.
  • Community Engagement: Interact with followers by responding to comments, answering questions, and fostering a vibrant online community.
  • Live Sessions: Host TikTok Live events or Q&A sessions to connect directly with the audience and strengthen relationships.
  • Trend Analysis: Stay updated on TikTok trends and adapt them creatively to suit niche-specific content for our clients.
  • Performance Monitoring: Analyze video metrics and provide insights for enhancing engagement and overall performance.

Job Requirements

  • Proven experience managing TikTok accounts or campaigns, preferably for brands or businesses.
  • Strong understanding of TikTok’s algorithm, trends, and best practices.
  • Proficiency in video editing tools and creative storytelling techniques.
  • Excellent communication skills for engaging with online communities.
  • Ability to analyze performance metrics and adjust strategies accordingly.
  • Creative mindset with a knack for experimenting and thinking outside the box.
