Job Summary
Rednoxx Limited is seeking a results-oriented and experienced Business Development Manager to spearhead growth initiatives within the IT, digital services, or other high-tech industries. The successful candidate will have a strong background in strategic planning, market expansion, and building robust partnerships.
Qualifications & Experience
- Minimum Qualification: Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Experience Level: Senior (5+ years of relevant experience in IT, digital services, or high-tech industries).
- Advanced Degree: MBA or equivalent is highly preferred.
- Skills: Proven leadership, negotiation, sales, and strategic planning abilities.
- Industry Knowledge: Experience in digital health, fintech, Edtech, or commerce is a significant advantage.
- Technology Proficiency: Proficiency in MS Office tools and familiarity with market research tools.
- Travel: Flexibility to travel across Nigeria and other regions as needed.
