We are seeking a dynamic and highly organized Personal Assistant (PA) to provide top-tier administrative support to a key member of our business. This role is pivotal in managing schedules, handling correspondence, organizing meetings, and executing various administrative tasks to ensure seamless day-to-day operations.

Key Responsibilities
Administrative Support
- Manage and maintain the employer’s schedule, including appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements.
- Prepare and edit correspondence, reports, and presentations.
- Handle confidential and sensitive information with utmost discretion.
Communication
- Serve as the primary point of contact between the employer and internal/external stakeholders.
- Source and engage clients, collecting vital information such as contact details.
- Screen calls, emails, and messages, ensuring appropriate responses or redirection.
- Draft, proofread, and send communications on behalf of the employer.
Organizational Tasks
- Organize and prioritize tasks to ensure deadlines are met.
- Maintain and update filing systems and databases for easy accessibility.
- Keep all documents and records accurate and up to date.
Event and Meeting Coordination
- Schedule, organize, and prepare for meetings, including arranging venues, preparing agendas, and taking minutes.
- Coordinate events, conferences, and team-building activities as required.
Travel Management
- Arrange domestic and international travel, including flights, accommodation, and itineraries.
- Prepare travel expense reports and ensure timely reimbursements.
Personal Errands
- Manage personal appointments and errands.
- Oversee personal projects and assist with family-related logistics when necessary.
Qualifications and Skills
- Proven experience as a Personal Assistant, Executive Assistant, or a similar role (preferred but not mandatory).
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Proficiency in tools like Microsoft Office Suite, Google Workspace, and productivity software like Notion.
- Ability to work independently and manage pressure in a fast-paced environment.
- High level of professionalism and confidentiality.
- Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and schedules.
Work Environment
- Remote Work: Fully remote role, though occasional travel for errands may be required.
