Key Responsibilities

Administrative Support

  • Manage and maintain the employer’s schedule, including appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements.
  • Prepare and edit correspondence, reports, and presentations.
  • Handle confidential and sensitive information with utmost discretion.

Communication

  • Serve as the primary point of contact between the employer and internal/external stakeholders.

Organizational Tasks

  • Organize and prioritize tasks to ensure deadlines are met.
  • Maintain and update filing systems and databases for easy accessibility.
  • Keep all documents and records accurate and up to date.

Event and Meeting Coordination

  • Schedule, organize, and prepare for meetings, including arranging venues, preparing agendas, and taking minutes.
  • Coordinate events, conferences, and team-building activities as required.

Qualifications and Skills
