About the Role
As a Technical Writer, you will play a crucial role in creating clear, concise, and user-friendly documentation for our AI and ML products and services. Your work will empower users to understand and effectively use our solutions, contributing to the overall success of our mission.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop comprehensive user manuals, guides, and documentation for AI and ML products and services.
- Create and maintain documentation standards and style guides to ensure consistency.
- Collaborate with developers, engineers, and other cross-functional teams to gather detailed technical information.
- Edit and proofread content for clarity, accuracy, and grammatical correctness.
- Stay informed about industry trends, tools, and best practices in technical writing to enhance the quality of documentation.
Requirements
- A minimum of 2 years of experience in technical writing or a related field.
- Proven experience as a frontend or backend developer is essential.
- Strong understanding of artificial intelligence and machine learning concepts.
- Exceptional writing, editing, and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently while also thriving in a collaborative team environment.
