Key Responsibilities
As an Administrative Assistant, your daily tasks will include:
- Customer Interaction:
- Respond to inquiries via phone, email, and social media channels.
- Welcome and assist visitors at the reception area.
- Document Management:
- Prepare and type business letters, reports, and other official documents.
- Maintain and update records in compliance with data protection regulations.
- Office Management:
- Ensure the availability of office supplies by placing timely orders.
- Organize and coordinate meetings, including taking and distributing meeting notes.
Qualifications and Requirements
- Educational Background:
- B.Sc., HND, OND, or NCE in a relevant field.
- Experience:
- Minimum of 1 year of relevant experience in an administrative role.
- Skills and Competencies:
- Time management and organizational skills.
- Proficiency in computer applications (e.g., Microsoft Office Suite).
- Excellent attention to detail.
- Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Adaptability and problem-solving capabilities.
- High level of confidentiality and customer service orientation.
- Ability to multitask efficiently.
Salary: ₦120,000 – ₦170,000 monthly.
