Key Responsibilities
- Prospecting and Lead Generation: Actively identify and engage new prospects through cold calling, networking, and other innovative lead-generation techniques.
- Client Relationship Management: Build and nurture long-lasting relationships with new and existing clients by understanding their specific business needs and offering tailored solutions.
- Product Demonstration: Present and demonstrate Paycare’s fintech solutions to potential clients, effectively aligning our offerings with their industry and business goals.
- Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams, including marketing, product, and customer support, to ensure seamless client onboarding and an exceptional customer experience.
- Sales Negotiation: Prepare and present compelling sales proposals and contracts, negotiate favorable terms, and close deals that meet or exceed revenue objectives.
- Market Expertise: Maintain a comprehensive understanding of Paycare’s product features, benefits, and industry trends to effectively communicate value to prospects.
- Sales Cycle Management: Oversee the entire sales process from initial contact to closing, ensuring client satisfaction at every stage.
- Performance Targets: Consistently achieve or surpass monthly and quarterly sales targets by implementing a strategic and organized approach.
- Event Participation: Represent Paycare at trade shows, webinars, and other sales and marketing events to increase brand visibility and promote our solutions.
- Customer Feedback: Gather insights from clients to relay to the product team, driving continuous improvement in our offerings based on market demands.
Qualifications and Requirements
- A bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field.
- At least 4 years of proven experience in sales, preferably within the fintech or financial services industry.
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Demonstrated ability to achieve and exceed sales targets.
- Proficiency in using CRM tools and other sales software.
- Self-motivated, results-driven, and adaptable to a fast-paced environment.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
