Position Overview
As a Graphic Designer at InTech, you will create visually stunning designs that reflect our brand identity and resonate with our target audience. Working collaboratively with the marketing, product, and development teams, you will design digital assets, UI/UX elements, and marketing materials that enhance the user experience and elevate our products.
This role is ideal for a design professional who excels at crafting cohesive branding, staying ahead of design trends, and delivering high-quality visuals.
Key Responsibilities
- Design Excellence: Create compelling visuals for digital platforms, including websites, mobile apps, social media, and marketing campaigns.
- Collaboration: Partner with product managers, developers, and marketing teams to translate ideas into impactful designs.
- UI/UX Design: Develop intuitive UI elements, icons, and graphics for web and mobile applications.
- Brand Consistency: Ensure all designs align with our brand’s visual identity and standards.
- Marketing Materials: Produce assets such as brochures, social media graphics, email templates, and landing pages.
- User Experience: Work with UX/UI teams to improve product design and user experience.
- Trend Integration: Stay updated on industry trends and integrate them into your work.
- Project Management: Handle multiple projects, meeting deadlines without compromising quality.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- At least 3 years of professional graphic design experience, ideally in a tech or SaaS company.
- Strong portfolio showcasing versatility in digital and print design projects.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), Figma, Sketch, or similar tools.
- Experience with UI/UX design, including wireframes and prototypes.
- Solid understanding of branding principles and the ability to adhere to brand guidelines.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with motion graphics and video editing (e.g., Adobe After Effects, Premiere Pro).
- Familiarity with HTML/CSS and basic web design principles.
- Background in fintech, financial services, or tech-related industries.
- Illustration skills or experience creating custom graphic assets.
- Knowledge of responsive design for web and mobile platforms.
