About the Role

We are hiring on behalf of our client, an Interior Design firm located in Victoria Island, Lagos. We are seeking a Personal Assistant to provide top-notch administrative and organizational support to the CEO. This role involves managing the CEO’s daily agenda, handling business-related tasks, and ensuring smooth operations.

The ideal candidate is a self-starter, highly resourceful, and capable of working independently with minimal supervision. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and excellent problem-solving skills are essential for success in this position.

Key Responsibilities

As the Personal Assistant, you will:

  • Manage the CEO’s Schedule: Plan, organize, and prioritize the CEO’s daily activities, ensuring timely execution of tasks.
  • Provide Administrative Support: Prepare reports, handle correspondence, and retrieve corporate documents and records.
  • Facilitate Meetings: Arrange, attend, and document meetings by taking accurate minutes and following up on action items.
  • Coordinate Travel Plans: Organize travel and accommodation arrangements, and manage itineraries effectively.
  • Enhance Communication: Draft letters, emails, and other correspondence on behalf of the CEO.
  • Act as a Liaison: Serve as the primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders when required.
  • Problem-Solve: Address and resolve issues promptly with a proactive approach.
  • Maintain Confidentiality: Handle sensitive information with professionalism and discretion.

Qualifications and Experience

To be considered for this role, you must have:

  • A first degree in any field.
  • A minimum of 3 years of experience as a Personal Assistant or in a similar role.

Required Skills
