Key Responsibilities

As a Virtual Brand Assistant, you will:

Social Media Management

  • Manage and grow the executive’s social media profiles, including LinkedIn, Instagram, and Twitter.
  • Create, schedule, and monitor engaging posts that reflect the executive’s personal and professional brand.
  • Interact with the audience by responding to comments and messages promptly.
  • Analyze performance metrics and suggest actionable strategies to boost engagement.

Research and Strategy

  • Conduct thorough research on industry trends, competitors, and new opportunities.
  • Identify and recommend potential speaking engagements, partnerships, or networking prospects.

Administrative Support

  • Organize schedules, set up meetings, and manage appointments.
  • Draft, proofread, and format documents, emails, and presentations with accuracy.

  • Ensure all communications and materials adhere to the executive’s brand identity.

Skills and Qualifications

We’re looking for someone who has:

  • Experience as a virtual assistant, social media manager, or similar role.
