  • Salary Range: ₦200,000 – ₦300,000 per month

About the Role

As the HR Manager at NativeTray Restaurant, you will oversee administrative tasks, implement HR strategies, and develop policies that enhance the employee experience. Your goal will be to support employees and managers, ensuring a harmonious and efficient workplace.

Key Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with leadership to design and execute the company’s human resource and talent strategies.
  • Lead the recruitment process, including interviewing and hiring qualified candidates.
  • Develop and implement effective onboarding programs to integrate new employees seamlessly.
  • Design and deploy training and development initiatives that foster professional growth.
  • Oversee performance management processes to ensure alignment with company goals.
  • Handle employee relations, including disciplinary and grievance issues, with professionalism and fairness.
  • Maintain accurate employee records in compliance with company policies and legal requirements.
  • Ensure employment practices adhere to labor laws and regulations.
  • Conduct compensation and benefits analysis to attract and retain top talent.
  • Provide expert advice on HR policies and procedures.
  • Manage sensitive situations, including disciplinary meetings, terminations, and investigations, with integrity.
  • Perform other HR-related duties as needed.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Proven experience as an HR Manager or similar role, with a minimum of 5 years in HR management.
  • In-depth knowledge of HR functions, including recruitment, training, and compensation.
  • Strong understanding of labor laws and disciplinary procedures.
  • Exceptional organizational and time-management skills.
  • Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and conflict resolution abilities.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and HR management software.
  • Strong ethics, reliability, and confidentiality.
  • A Bachelor’s degree in Social Sciences or a related field is required; additional certifications or training are an advantage.
  • Relevant work experience in recruitment (3 years) and training (3 years).
