We are currently hiring for the position of Virtual Brand Assistant to Executive. This remote role is designed to support our executive team in building and maintaining a strong brand presence.
Position Overview
As a Virtual Brand Assistant, your primary role is to assist the executive in managing brand-related activities, including social media management, research, and administrative tasks. You will play a key part in enhancing the executive’s professional image and streamlining their daily operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Social Media Management
- Oversee the executive’s profiles on platforms like LinkedIn, Instagram, and Twitter.
- Create, schedule, and monitor engaging content that reflects the executive’s personal and professional brand.
- Interact with audiences by responding to comments and messages.
- Strategic Networking
- Research potential speaking engagements, partnerships, and networking opportunities.
- Maintain professional schedules, including setting up meetings and appointments.
- Performance Monitoring
- Track social media metrics and provide suggestions for improving engagement.
- Industry Research
- Conduct in-depth research on industry trends, competitors, and emerging opportunities.
- Administrative Support
- Draft, proofread, and format documents, emails, and presentations.
- Coordinate tasks, set reminders, and follow up on deliverables.
- Maintain databases and ensure records are up-to-date.
- Content and Collaboration
- Collaborate with the executive to brainstorm and create content ideas and campaigns.
- Ensure consistency in branding across all materials and communications.
- Special Projects and Liaison Duties
- Provide support for ad hoc projects as required.
- Act as a point of contact with external partners or teams when necessary.
Skills and Qualifications
- Proven experience in roles like virtual assistant, social media manager, or similar positions.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in tools like Google Workspace, Canva, Hootsuite, Trello, and Slack.
- Familiarity with social media analytics and scheduling tools.
- Knowledge of branding and personal brand management is advantageous.
- Excellent research and analytical abilities.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
