About the Role
As a Finance House, we are seeking skilled Relationship Managers who can establish and maintain trustworthy relationships with our customers. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in enhancing our competitive edge and upholding the company’s reputation.
This role requires excellent communication skills, strategic thinking, teamwork, and a problem-solving mindset. Your ultimate goal will be to foster long-term relationships with clients to drive brand loyalty and profitability.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and nurture positive relationships with customers.
- Assist in generating new business opportunities, focusing on Risk Assets and Deposits.
- Identify and act on opportunities for increased profitability.
- Acquire new clients by building trust, empathy, and credibility through professional relationships.
- Provide financial advice tailored to clients’ individual needs and objectives.
- Analyze clients’ financial situations and recommend suitable in-house financial solutions.
- Facilitate client onboarding and perform acceptance checks in line with company policies.
- Deliver continuous account servicing for both retail and corporate clients, identifying opportunities to expand basic banking services.
- Address customer needs effectively and develop customized plans to meet their requirements.
- Identify key decision-makers within client companies to cultivate mutually beneficial relationships.
- Resolve customer complaints promptly and efficiently.
- Promote superior sales practices and customer service.
- Aim to retain customers and secure contract renewals.
- Approach prospective clients to establish new business relationships.
- Stay informed about competitor offerings and industry trends.
Requirements
To be successful in this role, candidates should possess the following qualifications and skills:
- Proven experience as a Client Relationship Manager.
- Strong knowledge of Customer Relationship Management (CRM) practices.
- Prior experience in sales or customer service within the banking sector (preferred).
- A problem-solving attitude with a customer-focused mindset.
- Exceptional communication skills.
- Ability to foster and maintain positive relationships.
- Effective teamwork and leadership abilities.
- 2-5 years of experience in banking, particularly in credit, marketing, or relationship management.
- A Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field.
