Position Details
Role: Outbound Sales Representative
Job Type: Full-time, Permanent (Fully Remote)
Location: Lagos (Remote Work)
Work Hours: 9 AM – 5 PM EST
Salary Range: ₦546,000 – ₦702,000 per month
What You’ll Do
As an Outbound Sales Representative, your primary responsibility is to build and maintain a robust pipeline of qualified leads for real estate brokerages across North America. You’ll facilitate connections, set appointments, and ensure a seamless experience for both parties.
Key Responsibilities:
- Make High-Volume Calls: Conduct 150–200 outbound calls daily using our advanced dialer system.
- Engage Prospects: Use a pre-written script to communicate effectively with potential realtors.
- Meet Targets: Achieve a weekly goal of scheduling 15 appointments.
- Maintain KPIs: Consistently track and meet key performance indicators.
What We’re Looking For
Essential Qualifications:
- Fluency in English with excellent verbal communication skills.
- Proven experience in cold calling, telemarketing, or a similar sales role.
- Resilience to handle rejection and remain motivated.
- Strong organizational and time management abilities.

Hardware Requirements:
- PC or Mac with audio capabilities.
- Intel i5 CPU (or AMD equivalent), 2.0GHz Quad Core or better.
- At least 8GB of RAM and 20GB of free disk space.
- Windows 10 or Mac OS 10.2 and above.
