Job Details

  • Position: HR Officer (Entry Level)
  • Location: Lekki, Lagos
  • Employment Type: Internship
  • Salary: ₦100,000 – ₦150,000 per month

Key Responsibilities

As an HR Officer, you’ll support essential HR functions, ensuring smooth daily operations. Your responsibilities include:

  1. Recruitment Assistance:
    • Scheduling interviews.
    • Maintaining accurate candidate records.
  2. Onboarding Coordination:
    • Organizing employee orientation programs.
    • Ensuring a seamless onboarding experience for new hires.
  3. Employee Records Management:
    • Maintaining accurate and up-to-date HR databases.
  4. Administrative Support:
    • Assisting with HR documentation and reporting.
  5. Benefits Administration:
    • Supporting processes for health insurance and pension schemes.
  6. Employee Engagement:
    • Participating in initiatives to boost team morale and productivity.

Qualifications

To succeed in this role, candidates should possess the following:

  • A Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Experience: 0-2 years in HR or a similar role.
  • Skills:
