What You Bring to the Table
- A Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
- At least 4 years of experience in growth marketing, particularly within fintech companies like Opay, PalmPay, Piggyvest, or Flutterwave.
- A proven track record of driving user acquisition and revenue growth through impactful marketing initiatives.
- Strong analytical skills to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
- Proficiency with tools such as Google Ads, Facebook Ads, CRM systems, and analytics platforms.
- Knowledge of SEO best practices and content marketing strategies.
- Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
