Responsibilities
- Content Creation
- Develop compelling photo, video, and written content for social media, email campaigns, and other marketing platforms.
- Create visually appealing materials emphasizing craftsmanship, interior design, and home improvement themes.
- Social Media Management
- Manage social media accounts, schedule posts, and engage with the audience to enhance brand interaction and awareness.
- Align all content with the company’s brand aesthetics and messaging.
- Campaign Support
- Collaborate with the marketing team to design and execute innovative campaigns.
- Track and analyze content performance using analytics tools, offering insights to improve future strategies.
- Project Oversight
- Oversee multiple content projects, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to marketing goals.
- Stay updated on industry trends and incorporate new ideas into content strategies.
Requirements
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Media, or a related field.
- Experience: At least 2 years of experience in content creation, social media management, or digital marketing.
- Technical Skills:
- Proficiency in photo and video editing tools (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, Canva).
- Familiarity with social media scheduling tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Buffer) is a plus.
- Creative Vision:
- Ability to conceptualize and produce visually engaging content aligned with brand aesthetics.
- Interest in the Industry:
- Passion for interior design, craftsmanship, or home improvement is a bonus.
- Key Attributes:
- Strong storytelling and writing skills for captions, posts, and marketing materials.
