We are seeking a Client Liaison Officer & Community Manager to strengthen client relationships, ensure seamless project execution, and foster a vibrant client community.
Key Responsibilities
Client Liaison
Client Relationship Management
- Act as the primary point of contact for all client communications.
- Build and nurture long-term relationships, ensuring client needs are met and expectations exceeded.
Project Coordination
- Manage the entire lifecycle of client projects, from onboarding to delivery.
- Collaborate with internal teams (formulation, production, quality assurance) to ensure timely and smooth project execution.
- Provide clients with updates on milestones, timelines, and deliverables.
Issue Resolution
- Address and resolve client concerns promptly.
- Ensure timely follow-up and resolution of escalations or complaints.
Community Management
Strategy and Engagement
- Develop and implement strategies to create a strong, engaged community among private label and contract manufacturing clients.
- Organize events, webinars, and workshops to educate clients on trends, product innovation, and best practices.
Content Creation
- Partner with the marketing team to create tailored content, including newsletters, blog posts, and case studies.
- Manage online forums or client groups to facilitate knowledge-sharing and collaboration.
Feedback Collection
- Regularly gather and analyze client feedback to identify opportunities for improvement.
- Present actionable insights to the management team based on feedback trends.
- Track engagement metrics, growth rates, and client sentiment.
Administrative & Reporting
- Maintain accurate client records, including communication logs and project updates, using CRM tools.
- Prepare reports on client satisfaction, project progress, and community engagement for management review.
Qualifications
- A Bachelor’s Degree in a relevant field.
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- Experience with CRM software is a plus.
