Job Description & Responsibilities
- Assist customers with product selection, offering tailored styling advice and in-depth product knowledge.
- Ensure the shop floor is well-organized, visually appealing, and fully stocked with merchandise.
- Monitor inventory levels and support stock replenishment as needed.
- Provide fitting room assistance, ensuring seamless customer flow and service.
- Collaborate with the team on visual merchandising to highlight current fashion trends.
- Deliver outstanding customer service by greeting and engaging with clients in a friendly and approachable manner.
- Address customer inquiries, complaints, and returns with professionalism and efficiency.
- Perform additional store-related duties as required.
Requirements
- Previous experience in retail or a fashion-related role is a plus.
- Strong interest in fashion and styling, with knowledge of the latest trends.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
