Job Description & Responsibilities

  • Oversee and manage daily office operations to ensure efficiency.
  • Prepare and analyze regular reports on budgets and expenses.
  • Coordinate vendor recruitment and maintain vendor relationships.
  • Organize and maintain a secure filing system for important and confidential documents.
  • Address queries from employees and clients in a timely and professional manner.
  • Update and implement office policies as needed.
  • Manage the company calendar, schedule appointments, and book meeting rooms.
  • Handle and distribute correspondence, including letters, emails, and packages.
  • Create reports and presentations with statistical data as assigned.
  • Arrange travel and accommodations for staff and executives.
  • Plan and coordinate in-house and external events.

Requirements

  • A Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration or an equivalent qualification from an accredited institution.
  • Proven experience as an Administrative Officer, Administrator, or a similar role.
  • Strong understanding of office procedures and systems.
  • Proficiency in office management software, particularly MS Office (Excel and Word).
  • Exceptional organizational skills and a proactive problem-solving attitude.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
